Eliminate Stress in 5 Minutes




BLUSH Society’s Principle #3 is Spirituality.  It’s a necessity that you have a strong spiritual foundation.  Instead of always searching for answers and confirmation from others, you can tap into your own spirituality for guidance.
As women, it’s common that we see ourselves as Wonder Woman.  We take on so much responsibility that life becomes overwhelming. We feel obligated to carry the weight of everyone's problems around us on our shoulders. 
And in the midst of it all, we lose track of what our purpose is in life.  Consequently, you're overly flustered and stressed where it becomes difficult to make clear decisions. 



That’s why it’s important to learn how to allow your faith to provide guidance in life. 
When negative feelings such as fear, self-doubt, negativity and uncertainty creep into your personal space, you must know how to pray and meditate.

Apply these 2 steps on How to Eliminate Stress in 5 Minutes:

1.    And it all begins with you finding just 5 to 10 minutes throughout your busy week to pray and meditate.  That’s the only way to clear your mind by spiritually releasing your issues.  When you pray, have an agenda for what it is you’re in need of. 
2.    I recommend that you repeat this at least 3 times a week in order to start changing your mindset. Through repetition, it will become a habit and you’ll start speaking positive things to yourself.  Also, you'll start believing that you have the victory over your issues.  Plus, you’ll gain the strength and guidance to know when to let things go and when to move at the right time.
