It’s the simple things in life that
truly evokes small moments of happiness.
No matter what’s not going right, right now, it’s the little things
you have to treasure.
Over the 4th of July weekend, I spent some good, quality time
with my family. It didn’t cost me a
thing, besides the macaroni salad I made. But on a serious note, it was filled
with fabulous moments of happiness.
So as you read this, take a moment- just a minute to
reflect on the simple things in life. And you’ll probably catch yourself smiling as
your reminisce.
Check out this week’s video: I’m Happy About 3
Simple Things. Find out how easy it is to document your our moments of
happiness. Also, once you’re done
watching the video, be sure to create your own list: I’m Happy About 3
Simple Things.
Feel free to share your 3 simple things
list below.
Be sure to leave your comments on the blog.
With Love,
Adonus

RANDOM BS INSPIRATION
You have to be true with
yourself and say AMEN to this one… a lot of your happiness is tied to what
someone else is willing to do for you.
Whether it’s
your last minute babysitter, your mom who willingly runs errands for you, or
your hubby who surprised you with dinner after a long day of work- now is the
time to say, “THANK YOU.”
I know you were filled with
happiness to know that your help was a phone call away. So for those little helpers in your life,
that came in and saved the day, be sure to call, text, email, send a letter…
whatever your heart desires to express your appreciation this week.
