HI SIS! (Part 1)

Hi Happy Lady!

Now is the time to face the music and acknowledge that your happiness will not be released until you address your self-esteem issues.  Today, join me in saying Hi SIS! aka Hi to your Sexy, Irresistible Self-esteem.

Did you know that every aspect of your life affects your self-esteem? Together we can expose the unspoken truth that mature women “do” have self-esteem issues.  This is the key to unlocking the door to your blessings and happiness in life.
I am a believer that your self-esteem intensifies as you get older.  The scary part is that the world shies away from talking about self-esteem as it relates to adult women.  It has become the norm that we label women with low self-esteem as being moody, “acting off,” or depressed. Let’s stop dancing around the issue and call a spade a spade.

Too often, life may feel like a juggling act and one particular aspect of your life fails to produce the happiness you desire.  Just think of all the changes in our health that stems from pregnancy, menopause, sickness, obesity, or a hysterectomy.
Maybe your self-esteem issue relates to your outer beauty.  The truth is that it’s harder to lose weight as you get older, your face looks less rejuvenated, your hair won’t grow fast enough, and just like elephant ears your body parts start to hang too low.

Likewise, your self-esteem could be linked to your success.  You don’t have your dream job, your bank account is busted, or you don’t have the relationship status you desire.
These changes are the root cause to insecurities and unhappiness in who we are as women.

Check out Part 1 of the 2 part series on how to build a Sexy, Irresistible Self-esteem. Learn the first step in regaining your happiness. And be sure to come back next week as I share my personal self-esteem issues and the steps to rebuilding a self-esteem worthy of celebrating.
